The online registration window for the School District of Beloit Turner will open on Monday, July 20 and close at the end of the day on Tuesday, July 28. We ask that you please complete the registration process during this timeframe so we can appropriately make plans for the 2020-2021 school year.

If you need further assistance, we will have staff at all building main offices available on Monday, July 27 and Tuesday, July 28 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. by phone to help families with the online registration process. School pictures will not be taken during online Registration.  We will provide further information later in the school year for how we will take school pictures.

Due to the need to provide for social distancing, we are anticipating a reduced capacity on our busses.  All families are encouraged to provide transportation for their own students if possible and must be prepared to identify their transportation plan at registration.  Bussing will be available for most resident families; however, families will need to identify one pick-up and one drop-off location.  We will not be able to accommodate multiple pick-up or drop-off locations.  Middle school and high school students who live within 2 miles of the school may be asked to self-transport (walk, bike, or drive).  Students with transportation in their IEPs will continue to have transportation as stated.

Student schedules, your child’s teacher assignment, and bus times will not be available at registration time.  We need feedback from families about their specific plans to complete our scheduling processes.  Once scheduling is finalized, it will be communicated directly with families.  

We are aware that many of our families may be facing new strains on their household budgets. The Turner School Board has made provisions to help families who may be struggling financially. In cases of financial hardship, the board may allow activity fees to be reduced, waived, or put on a payment plan at the discretion of the principal. Families must be eligible for free/reduced lunch to be considered. If you are in need of a payment plan please contact your child’s principal to discuss payment options.

Athletic registration for middle school and high school will be available through our regular online process.  Due to the uncertainty of the scope of our athletic programs this year, we will not be collecting athletic fees until we have a clearer idea of the extent of our programming. 

Families may pay school fees during registration by using RevTrack while completing the registration process within Skyward Family Access. Families paying using RevTrack will not be charged the traditional $1.00 processing fee if fees are paid between July 20 and July 28. All fees and payments made outside this window will be subject to the dollar processing fee.
